How per-load credits, packs and auto-recharge work.
Per-load credits
One compliance check = one credit. Packing a load, importing a manifest, downloading or verifying a certificate, and test-key API calls are all free. Credits never expire.

Credit packs
Buy credits in packs (Starter, Growth, Scale). A bigger pack lowers your price per load. Purchases are one-time — there's no subscription for regular use. Prices show in USD or CAD depending on your workspace currency.
Auto-recharge
Opt in to top up automatically when your balance falls below a threshold, charged to a saved card. You'll get one low-balance email per depletion cycle, and an alert if a recharge ever fails.
Payments are handled by Stripe (or Paddle as a merchant-of-record fallback). Every purchase records an invoice you can download from Billing history.
